Booking & Payment Polices

All tentative bookings are accepted whereas confirmations are not considered to be firm unless we receive an advance payment of 30%. After the receivable of deposit amount we make effective arrangements in all the respected places such as Hotel, Air tickets, surface transportation, Permit etc.

Final payment should be settled upon arrival to Kathmandu. We accept Cash or Travelers Cheque of US Dollar, Euro, Pound Sterling, Swiss Franc, Australian Dollar, Canadian Dollar, Singaporean Dollar, Japanese Yen, Chinese Yuan, Swedish Kroner, Denis Kroner, Hong Kong Dollar, Saudi Arab Riyal and Katari Riyal.
