Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu airport. Transfer to Hotel and Evening welcom Dinner.
After arrival and customs clearance in kathmandu airport. You’ll be met by the Plan Nepal tour representative at airport terminal who will be holding Plan Nepal Travel and Tours signboard with your name.  we would offer you a warm Nepalese welcome and transferred to Hotel. In evening there will be welcome dinner hosted by Plan Nepal tour. we offer you a welcome dinner in one of the finest cultural restaurant in nepal which will introduce you to the country's food. Overnight at Hotel at kathmandu.

Day 02: Kathmandu (1,338 m/4,390 ft): Sightseeing and Trek Preparation
After breakfast we start a guided tour to several medieval and historical sites in Kathmandu valley. we will explore the historical place Bhaktapur the best cultural and historical place. later on, we will explore boudhanath, the largest stupa in south Asia.The Bouddha area is a visual feast. Colorful thangkas, jewellery, hand-woven carpets, and khukuri knives are sold in the surrounding stalls. Pashupatinath temple one of the best hindu temple and Swoyambhunath. Later after sightseeing tour, we will introduce you with your trekking guide and have a small pre-trip meeting. You can also take this opportunity to hire or buy any trekking equipment or bargain for your souvenirs at market. Overnight in hotel at kathmandu.

Day 03: Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla (2886m) and Trek to Phakding. 8km, 3 - 4 hours treks.
During  40-minute adventurous flight from Kathmandu to Lukla (9,186ft), we enjoy highest peak of the world and other hillside.  At the place of Lukla, trail leads north from the airstrip to the edge of Lukla Plateau. Upon arrival at Lukla, take skme rest while crew member finish packing. One can fly from Kathmandu to Lukla (2800m). At the place of Lukla, trail leads north from the airstrip to the edge of Lukla Plateau. After, an easy walk through several villages reaches to Phakding (2800m). we start our trek through the prosperous local sherpa village of Lukla until we reach Phakding. Enjoy the pretty Sherpa villages, pine tree forests, the Dudh Koshi river as you walk and also have a glimpse of Mt. Khumbila a sacred mountain which has never been climbed.  To assist in acclimatization, we only have a short trekking time, however if you wish you can  take a hike to a nearby monastery.  Overnight at guesthouse Phakding, breakfast, lunch and dinner included.

Day 04: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3440 m.) 11km, 5 - 6 hours
After Breakfast, we begin our soft trail passing several villages, beautiful pine forest, then comes to Jorsalee (2800m). From Jorsalee following up Dudhkosi River about one hour and climbing slowly up a steep trail reaches to Namche. Nearly more than half steep trail, one can enjoy with breath Taking first view of Everest. Day 05: Rest day at Namche Bazaar for acclimatization. (3,440m/11,284ft)

Day 06: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Tyangboche. (3,870m/12,694ft): 10km, 5- 6 hours
After Breakfast, we take an easy trail leading us to the Dudh Koshi Valley at Phunki is an easy walk. From phunki we ascend towards Tengboche village which host the Tengboche monastery kmown to be biggest monastery of the Everest region. From monastery we can watch panoramic views of the Mountains Like Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam and Thamserku. Trail leads descending crossing several villages through a beautiful pine forest up to Phunki Thanga. After that, trail rapidly steep climbing to Tengpoche. Walking time takes about 6 hours. Overnight at Guesthouse in Tyangboche, breakfast, lunch and dinner included.

Day 07: Trek from Tyangboche to Dingboche. (4,360 m/14,300 ft): 9km, 5 - 6 hours)
After Breakfast, Our trek today start off with a walk through the rhododendron forest to Deboche followed by crossing the suspension bridge over the Imja Khola. We will also pass the valley wall and then traverse the plains to Pangboche village, lying between copious Mani stones. These 7 days trail offers you a great opportunity to observe a Sherpa village and have lunch with the locals. After lunch, we climb to Dingboche trek will be a difficult one compared to before. Overnight at Guesthouse in Dingboche, breakfast, lunch and dinner included.

Day 08: Rest day at Dingboche for acclimatization

Day 09: Trek from Dingboche to Lobuche. (4940 m/16,207 ft): 4km, 7 hours
After having breakfast, we begin our trek to Lobuche and the trek leads to a mani-prayer Stupa. The trail is gentle downward to Pheriche village. Throughout the trip we can take views of Himalayas. These 9 days trail offers the view of  Mt. Tawache, Ama Dablam, Pokalde (5741m), Kongma-tse (5820m). We begin to see Mt. Pumori as we continue on our trail from Pheriche village. We cross a stream and ascend to Duglha which is a tiny village with a huge strand of prayer flags hung across the valley. Take some rest at Duglha and again walk to Lobuche. Overnight at Guesthouse in Lobuche, breakfast, lunch and dinner included.

Day 10: Trek from Lobuche to Gorak Shep (5170 m/16,961ft), Explore Everest Base Camp (5364 m/17,594 ft): and back to Gorak Sheep. 13km, 6-7 hours
After breakfast, we begin our main journey Everest Base Camp. Trail leads flat, several small ascends and descends to Gorak shep. Walking for about 2-3 hours from Lobuche, we will reach to Gorekshep, take lunch at  lodges and proceed to make our hike all the way to the top, finally arriving at the Everest Base Camp, where all the prayer flags and small pyramidal stacking of stones will greet us. And Your dream has come true now and you have successfully reached at the Everest base camp. After visiting sometime in the Base Camp of, we return to Gorekshep. Overnight at Guesthouse in Gorkeshep, breakfast, lunch and dinner included.

 Day 11: Trek from Gorakshep to Kalapattar (5,545m/18,192ft) to Pherice (4,288m/14,070ft): 16km, 7-8 hours
Early Morning, At the place of Gorak Shep, trail leads climbing up to Kalapattar (5545m). Actually Kalapattar is the most popular place for checking breath taking mountain views’ such as Mt. Everest (8848m), Ama Dablam (6856m), Themserku (6608m), Nuptse (7879m), and Lotse (8383m). Walking time takes about four hours for going and coming. We trek down to Gorakshep and take our diet and begin journey to Pheriche. Overnight at Guesthouse in Pheriche, breakfast, lunch and dinner included.

Day 12: Trek from Pheriche to Namche Bazaar. (3,440m/11,280 ft): 20km, 6 - 7 hours
After Breakfast, we begin our trek to Namche Bazaar. Trail is easy where you cross the river, and up toward Namche Bazaar, winding high above the river with views north towards Everest, Lhotse and Nuptse. Taking lunch at small village of Tengbuche with Mountains View. then we will trek back to Namche. After walking 6 hours we reach Namche Bazar. Overnight at Guesthouse in Namche Bazar, breakfast, lunch and dinner included.

Day 13: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Lukla.  (2,800m/9,186ft): 19km, 7 hours
After Breakfast, We begin our trek to Lukla from Namchebazar. Today we will trek mostly a downhill, on a trail alongside the Dudh Koshi River. We cross several bridges, monasteries and villages before reaching Lukla. Tame rest at Lukla as it is our last evening at Mountain. walking distance is about 6 hours. Overnight at Guesthouse in Lukla, breakfast, lunch and dinner included.

Day 14: Fly from Lukla to Kathmandu ( 40 minutes) and transfer to hotel.
Today, we fly back to Kathmandu after our everest journey. The early morning flight is recommended from Lukla. upon arrival pick up at the airport and back to Kathamndu hotel. Free time on your own for taking rest, shopping for your stroll around street of thamel or visit dreams of garden.  To celebrate the successful completion of our journey, we will have a farewell dinner at evening. overnight at Hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 15: Leisure or Reserve day in Kathmandu
On this day, you can proceed to relax and can have tour of the city or go shopping. It is also spare day in case of bad weather in Lukla or any other. we can remove this extra day from the Everest Base Camp Trek itinerary if you do not want so, contact us about options available for the day. Overnight at Hotel in kathmandu. 

Day 16: Transfer to international airport for your final flight departure.
We will exchange our good-byes and now you will be leaving Nepal with all the good memories and unforgettable Experience. While trekking during the day at lower altitudes, lightweight trekking trousers and T-shirts are recommended, it's always a good idea to carry a waterproof jacket and some dry warmer clothing with you. For the cold nights, thermal, a warm jacket and a down jacket will help to keep you warm.

Majority of the gears are also provided by Plan Nepal Tours and the gear which are in sale in Kathmandu are locally manufactured or imported from China.
