Everest Base Camp Gokyo Chola pass trek is one of the most adventurous trekking trail in Everest region.  These trekking trail also known to be as Everest Circuit treks. It follows the route via Cho-La Pass at 5330 into Everest Base Camp. Explore glacier lake around the Gokyo valley. These trail leads to the to the place of the legendary Sherpa people and to the highest peak of the world, the Mt. Everest at 8848m. The trek offers you enough opportunity to enjoy the amazing view of Mt. Everest including  similar peaks such as Cho Oyu, Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, Nuptse, Amadablam, Pumori and explore the Buddhists monasteries and shrines including Tengboche Monastery, the largest monastery in the Khumbu region of Nepal along with extraordinary wildlife. This is a Moderate and Fairly Strenuous trek lead to Gokyo Lake, the Cho La Pass at 5330m and Everest Base Camp leading into the Khumbu valley. The trail continues up to Kalapattar, Gorakshep and also Everest Base Camp then back to Lukla via Thengboche, Dole and Namche Bazaar.

Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu airport. Transfer to Hotel and Evening welcom Dinner.
After arrival and customs clearance in kathmandu airport. You’ll be met by the Plan Nepal tour representative at airport terminal who will be holding Plan Nepal Travel and Tours signboard with your name.  we would offer you a warm Nepalese welcome and transferred to Hotel. In evening there will be welcome dinner hosted by Plan Nepal tour. we offer you a welcome dinner in one of the finest cultural restaurant in nepal which will introduce you to the country's food. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 02: Kathmandu (1,338 m/4,390 ft): Sightseeing and Trek Preparation
After breakfast we start a guided tour to several medieval and historical sites in Kathmandu valley. we will explore the historical place Bhaktapur the best cultural and historical place. later on, we will explore boudhanath, the largest stupa in south Asia.The Bouddha area is a visual feast. Colorful thangkas, jewellery, hand-woven carpets, and khukuri knives are sold in the surrounding stalls. Pashupatinath temple one of the best hindu temple and Swoyambhunath. Later after sightseeing tour, we will introduce you with your trekking guide and have a small pre-trip meeting. You can also take this opportunity to hire or buy any trekking equipment or bargain for your souvenirs at market. Overnight in hotel. 

Day 03: Early morning fly to Lukla (2800m) and then trek to Phakding (2640m) (B, L, D)
During  40-minute adventurous flight from Kathmandu to Lukla (9,186ft), we enjoy highest peak of the world and other hillside.  At the place of Lukla, trail leads north from the airstrip to the edge of Lukla Plateau. Upon arrival at Lukla, take skme rest while crew member finish packing. we start our trek through the prosperous local sherpa village of Lukla until we reach Phakding. Enjoy the pretty Sherpa villages, pine tree forests, the Dudh Koshi river as you walk and also have a glimpse of Mt. Khumbila a sacred mountain which has never been climbed.  To assist in acclimatization, we only have a short trekking time, however if you wish you can take a hike to a nearby monastery. Overnight at phakding.

Day 04 : Trek Phakding to Namche Bazzar (3440m) 5-6 hours Overnight at Lodge. (B, L, D).
After Breakfast, The trail continues north up the Dudh Kosi valley to Jorsale, where the trail officially enters the Sagarmatha National Park . Continue along the trail, cross the Bhote Kosi River and climb steeply to Namche Bazaar 3500 m. Remember to look out for glimpses of Mt. Everest early on the trail. Overnight at Guest House in Namche.  

Day 05 : Acclimatization day in Namche (3440m) Overnight at Lodge. (B, L, D).
Acclimatisation day. A rest day in Namche Bazaar to acclimatise. This town, the hub of Sherpa society, is the administrative centre of the Khumbu region and has a police checkpost (we must all register there), the headquarters of the Sagarmatha National Park, a bank, several shops selling items of every description and a proliferation of Sherpa inns. Overnight at guest house in Namche Bazzar.

Day 06 : Trek Namche Bazzar to Tengboche (3867m) 5-6 hours.  Overnight at Lodge. (B, L, D).
After Breakfast, trek to Thyangboche, Alpine pastures through the kharkas of Tsura, Orsho and Shomare to the village of Pangboche, the highest year round settlement in the valley. The Pangboche Gompa (monastery) is the oldest in the Khumbu and once used to boast the skull and hand of a Yeti, (stolen in 1991). Leaving Pangboche the route descends past some magnificently carved mani stones to the Imja Khola which we cross via a steel suspension bridge high above the river at a spot where it rushes through a narrow cleft. From there you have a gentle climb to the tiny village of Deboche past mani walls deep in a rhododendron forest before a short steep climb to Thyangboche through a forest of birches, conifers and rhododendrons. A visit to the monastery is a must. The singular beauty of Ama Dablam, standing isolated from all other mountains provides a spectacular backdrop and reminder of the height of Himalayan peaks. Overnight at teahouse in  Thyangboche.

Day 07 : Tengboche trekking to Dingboche (4360m) 5-6 hours.  Overnight at Lodge. (B, L, D).
After Breakfast, we countinue our journey to Dingboche. A short descent to Thukla followed by an easy flat trail and a small descent takes you to Dingboche. This is the highest big settlement in the Khumbu area of Sherpas. Overnight at Guesthouse in Dingboche.

Day 08 : Rest day in Dingboche for the acclimatization (4360m) Overnight at Lodge. (B, L, D).

Day 09 : Trek Dingboche to Lobuche (4940m) 5 hours.  Overnight at Lodge. (B, L, D).
After a morning of rest, you hike on a trail above Tsholo Lake and join the main Everest trail at Dughla on the terminal moraine of the Khumbu Glacier. From Dughla climb up the moraine past a row of stone monuments in memory of Sherpas who died on expeditions to Everest and on to Lobuje 4930m. Overnight at guest house im Lobuche.

Day 10 : Trek Lobuche - Gorakshep (5170m) - Everest Base camp (5364m) back to Gorak shep: 7-8 hours. Overnight at Lodge. (B, L, D).
Excursion to Everest Base Camp. Make an early morning start and ascend the trail along boulder fields and glacial debris to the edge of the Khumbu Glacier then continue up to Gorak Shep (5160 m.), nestled below the coned summit of Mt. Pumori (7161m.) and the sheer west face of Nuptse. From there make a steep ascent to the top of a small peak, Kala Pattar 5545m meaning “black rock”. From here Everest , Nuptse, Ama Dablan, Kantega, Tamserku, Tawatse and Pumori all present themselves in a 360 degree panorama. Overnight at guest house in Gorkeshep.

Day 11 : Trek Gorak Shep to Kala Patthar (5545m) and back to Lobuche (4940m) 5-6 hours. Overnight at Lodge. (B, L, D).

Day 12 : Trek Lobuche to Dzongla (4830m) 3-4 hours. Overnight at Lodge. (B, L, D).
After a morning of rest, you hike on a trail above Tsholo Lake and join the main Everest trail at Dughla on the terminal moraine of the Khumbu Glacier. Day 13 : Trek to Thagna (4500m/14764ft) via the Chola-la cross(5420m/17782ft). Walking 7 hours, Overnight at guest house. (B, L, D)
Today you have a steep and challenging but, non-technical climb over rock, snow and perhaps ice to Cho La (pass) 5420m which links the glacial valleys of Cho Oyu and Everest and from where you have superb views. Descend from the pass, cross a small glacier, negotiate the ice fall at the end of it and descend via Leisyasa to Dzonglha Kharka 4730 m, a high altitude summer pasture directly beneath the north wall of Cholatse Peak 6440 m. Overnight at Guest House.

Day 14 : Trek Thangnak to Gokyo Lake (4790m/15715ft). 3-4 hours. Overnight at Lodge. (B, L, D).
This is your first real day at high altitude and the trekking today may be described as moderate to difficult. Climb a ridge from where the valley opens wide as the trail passes through Pangkha. Mt. Cho Oyu 8153 m dominates the skyline to the north as we climb the moraine on the left flank of the Ngozumpa Glacier. The climb is steep to the first of the four lakes that lie in the Gokyo area but the trail levels off towards the second lake, Longponga at 4690m. Finally ascend a path past the largest of the lakes Dudh Pokhari to Gokyo at 4750m. Gokyo is a typical kharka with stone houses and stone walled pastures. For enthusiasts a rigorous hike up Gokyo Ri 5360m, the small peak above Gokyo provides spectacular views of the Everest trinity, Nuptse 7879m, Lhotse 8511m, and Everest 8848m, as well as Makalu 8463m looming to the east, Cho Oyu 8153m to the north and the smaller but closer peaks of Cholatse and Tawachee to the south. There is a wonderful view of Gokyo and Dudh Pokhari spread out below. Overnight at guest house.

Day 15 : Explore Gokyo and trekking down to Dole (4090m) 5-6 hours. Overnight at Lodge. (B, L, D).
Today you have a fairly leisurely trek to allow you to acclimatise to the altitude. In the morning there is a steep but beautiful climb through conifer and rhododendron forests to Gokyo Ri. There are kharkas wherever there is a flat spot and the slightest hint of water. Continue to climb along the side of the valley. There is plenty to do here for this day though. For enthusiasts a rigorous hike up Gokyo Ri 5360m, and the really fit can climb to the top of a nameless peak 5800m overlooking the two lakes. Overnight at guest house in Dole.

Day 16 : Trek from Dole to Namche Bazzar (3440m) 6-7 hours. Overnight at Lodge. (B, L, D).
From Dole the trail drops sharply down to the Dudh Kosi and the village of Phunki, where you cross the river, and up toward Namche Bazaar, winding high above the river with views north towards Everest, Lhotse and Nuptse. After walking 7 hours we reach Namche Bazar. Overnight at Lodge.

Day 17 : Namche Bazaar trekking and  to Lukla (2850m) 7 hrs. Overnight at Lodge. (B, L, D)
After Breakfast, We begin our trek to Lukla from Namchebazar. Today we will trek mostly a downhill, on a trail alongside the Dudh Koshi River. We cross several bridges, monasteries and villages before reaching Lukla. walking distance is about 6 hours. Overnight in Lukla.

Day 18 : Early Morning Flight from Lukla to Kathmandu (35 Mins).
After having breakfast it is time to board our flight back to Kathmandu, upon arrival pick up at the airport and back to Kathamndu hotel. Take Rest. Overnight at Kathmandu.

Day 19 : Free Day For your own or known to be Weather Day. 
Free day on your own for Shopping,take a relax or walk around thamel. We keep these day as spare if any kind of problem occur due to flight delay, weather problem these day help to cover our trekking. There will be a farewell dinner in the evening to celebrate successful completion of our Everest Chola- Pass Trek  Overnight at hotel.

Day 20: Transfer to the airport for final departure from Kathmandu.
We will exchange our good-byes and now you will be leaving Nepal with all the good memories and unforgettable Experience.
