Instant Everest Trek is a short trek to Everest region. Those people who are restricated by time and cannot hike up to Everest Base Camp or other following trekking trails in Everest Region can enjoy this trek. The trek explores around khumbu region to Namche, Tengboche, Dingboche, Phunki Thangka, and Lukla. It provides an opportunity to explore the culture, Traditions and lifestyle of the Sherpas as the himalayan people. You can also enjoy the Spectacular views of mountains including Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse and Mera Peak. Everest Mini Trek starts from kathmandu when you take flight to Luka. Then  we walk through different villages and trekking trails. From lukla we walk through Dudh Koshi river from lukla and reach Namche Bazaar the capital of Sherpa. We walk through Several Monastery, Syangboche, Khumjung and Phakding village and after finish trek back to Lukla and flight to kathmandu. Easy Everest Hiking is dream of every person. Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu airport. Transfer to Hotel and Evening welcom Dinner.
After arrival and customs clearance in kathmandu airport. You’ll be met by the Plan Nepal tour representative at airport terminal. we would offer you a warm Nepalese welcome and transferred to Hotel. In evening there will be welcome dinner hosted by Plan Nepal tour. we offer you a welcome dinner in one of the finest cultural restaurant in nepal which will introduce you to the country's food. Overnight at Hotel.
 
Day 02: Kathmandu Sightseeing and Trek preparation.
we will explore the historical place Bhaktapur the best cultural and historical place. later on, we will explore boudhanath, the largest stupa in south Asia.The Bouddha area is a visual feast. Colorful thangkas, jewellery, hand-woven carpets, and khukuri knives are sold in the surrounding stalls.Pashupatinath temple one of the best hindu temple and Swoyambhunath.  At evening, we are introduced to our guide, discuss our trip and you can also buy or rent equipment according to need. Day 03: Flight to Lukla and trek to Phakding (2610m)
we take early morning flight from kathmandu to Lukla (2800m). At the place of Lukla, trail leads north from the airstrip to the edge of Lukla Plateau. After, an easy walk through several villages reaches to Phakding (2800m). There can be reached within 5 hours even relaxing, overnight at phakdkng.
 
Day 04:  Phakding to Namchebazzar (3440m)
At first, following up soft trail passing several villages, beautiful pine forest, then comes to Jorsalee (2800m). From Jorsalee following up Dudhkosi River about one hour and climbing slowly up a steep trail reaches to Namche. Nearly more than half steep trail, one can enjoy with breath Taking first view of Everest (8848m), Nuptse (7879m) and Lotse (8383m). After Walking time about 6 hours we reach Namche Bazaar which is kmowned to be the biggest town in the Everest region. Overnight in Namche Bazaar.
 
Day 05: Namche to Syangboche, Enjoy Everest and back to Namche.
Today we take it as Acclimatization Day. Where, We take tour of Namche Bazaar which is renown of Khumbu region and has stroll around internet cafes, shops, coffee shops, restaurants. We can hike up to Syangboche and the great view of Himalayas including Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Kongde and so on. On the way we encounter with locals, village and also monasteries. Overnight in Namche Bazaar
 
Day 06: Namche to Lukla (2840m)
 After Breakfast, We begin our trek to Lukla from Namchebazar. Today we will trek mostly a downhill, on a trail alongside the Dudh Koshi River. We cross several bridges, monasteries and villages before reaching Lukla. walking distance is about 6 hours. Overnight in Lukla.
 
Day 07: Early morning flight from Lukla to Kathmandu, free day on your own.
 After having breakfast it is time to board our flight back to Kathmandu, upon arrival pick up at the airport and back to Kathamndu hotel. we can help you with shopping or to stroll at thamel street. There will be a farewell dinner in the evening to celebrate successful completion of our Short Everest Trekking. Overnight at Kathmandu.
 
Day 08: Final Depature or Extend your trip.
We will exchange our good-byes and now you will be leaving Nepal with all the good memories and unforgettable Experience. We know and hope that you will always remember this Everest Mini treks and after return home tell stories of your amazing experiences in Nepal with Plan Nepal. we will provide a ride to International airport for final depature as per your flight schedule. Or if you prefer, you can stay longer for any kind of other activities such as at Jungle Safari, rafting, Sightseeing, mountain biking, Bungee jump, paragliding etc or even other destination like Chitwan pokhara, Lumbini, Brandipur etc.

we provide you with a list of the required trekking equipment for your trek in nepal, as well as clothing you need to bring to bring in the days. While trekking during the day at lower altitudes, lightweight trekking trousers and T-shirts are recommended, it's always a good idea to carry a waterproof jacket and some dry warmer clothing with you. For the cold nights, thermal, a warm jacket and a down jacket will help to keep you warm.
 
We can find variety of these gears to hire or buy in Kathmandu. Majority of the gears are also provided by Plan Nepal Tours and the gear which are in sale in Kathmandu are locally manufactured or imported from China. Very high quality branded gears can also be bought in some stores in Kathmandu. We can guide you if you wish. This list should be considered as an essential summary and, it might be incomplete. 
 

1. Trekking Equipment

  • 3-4 season sleeping bag (Optional. we can provide if you do not have your own and it is to be returned after the trek ).
  •  Duffel or main bag to keep your all the gear and this will be carried by the porters on whole trekking duration.
  • Daypack for yourself to carry water bottles, camera, lunch & extra clothing

  • A pair adjustable trekking poles
  • Light weight Running shoes or sandals-to used in lodge or camp (optional)
  • A pair light to medium weight water proof hiking or trekking boots if walking through deep snow or on wet ground.

2. Medicines and First Aid Kits

  • Extra Strength Excedrin for altitude related headaches.
  • Immodium or Pepto bismol capsules for upset stomach or diarrhea.
  • Diamox or Acetylzolamide as Anti-altitude sickness pills
  • 1 set of earplugs (optional)
  • Aspirin, first-aid tape, and plasters (Band-Aids)
  • Diamox 125 or 250mg tablets for altitude sickness.
  • Cough and/or cold medicine
